No matter the topic, you'll leave with strategies you can use right away and a clearer plan for moving forward.

You're parenting a child under 12 with diagnosed or suspected ADHD
You've tried books, podcasts, or teacher advice with little success
You're tired of feeling reactive, burned out, or blamed
You want practical tools and scripts, not just theory
You want a supportive community of parents who understand

Your child is over 12 years old (we focus on elementary-age strategies)
You're looking for a quick fix or one-size-fits-all solution
You're not ready to try new approaches or make changes to your parenting style
You're seeking individual therapy or family counseling (this is educational, not therapeutic)

Not at all. If you’re unsure what ADHD can look like in kids, or you’re simply navigating daily struggles and wondering what could be going on, this workshop is for you. Many parents/caregivers attend while they’re still in the process of exploring or waiting on a formal diagnosis. Our focus is on giving you tools, insights, and support you can start using right away.
We’re working on building a full virtual format and are excited to make this more accessible to families in the future. For now, we’ve chosen to focus on the in-person experience because we’ve found hybrid setups don’t serve either side well as they can take away from the intimacy of being in the room, and the virtual side often doesn’t feel as engaged. Being in-person gives you the best chance to connect directly with specialists, ask questions in real time, and get personalized guidance.
You'll hear directly from ADHD specialists and ask your own questions. Instead of theory, you'll leave with strategies that apply to your family right now.
Many families notice changes within days. Even small shifts in your approach can create calmer mornings, smoother evenings, and less conflict right away.
ADHD-specific tools for routines, emotional regulation, homework time, and reducing daily battles. Clear steps you can use the same week.
Yes, and we encourage it. Tickets are $80 for two so you can learn together and support your child as a team.
This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of kids 12 and under who are showing ADHD-like behaviors, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis. Both parents/caregivers are welcome to attend together — in fact, many families find it especially helpful when they can learn and apply strategies as a team. We’ll also be offering another separate workshop focused specifically on ADHD in teens (13 and up), so stay tuned for details if that’s the stage your family is in.
This is the first in a series of Parenting Workshops. Each month we'll tackle new topics like anxiety, picky eating, and screen time.
Seats are limited to keep the workshop interactive. Snacks, support, and real answers for parents who want clarity and confidence.
